Hoisting operation safety measures

1 The hoisting operation of the wind turbine construction must set up a full-time lifting safety officer, and be responsible for supervising the safety work of this project. All hoisting commanders and operators must hold a certificate and take up the principle of “do not hang”.
2 The rigging and unloading clamps used for hoisting must comply with the national safety regulations;
3 Cranes used on the construction site should be regularly inspected to ensure their performance is good;
4 When hoisting, a warning line should be set within the scope of work and an obvious safety warning sign should be placed. It is forbidden for unrelated personnel to pass. Construction personnel are not allowed to stay under lifting components and around the force rigging;
5 cable wind rope must be safe and reliable;
6 Workers at heights should wear tool bags. Tools should be placed in tool bags. All hand tools (such as hammers, spanners, crowbars, etc.) should be put on the belts or wrists to prevent them from injuring others.
7 Workers working at heights are strictly prohibited from sick work and are prohibited from drinking.
