Third, the method of use
1. Dilution solvent: water
2, the viscosity of the machine: Zahn 3 # cup 14-18 seconds
3. Cleaning operation: Please scrub with water immediately after shutdown. After scrubbing with a dilute solvent, a small amount of remaining traces can be wiped off with an oily solvent mixture.
Fourth, the use of precautions
1. Since the physicochemical properties are different from those of solvent-based inks, light-printing should be selected as much as possible in the plate-making conditions to increase the drying speed.
2, the ink contains traces of ammonia (amine) components, long-term use may have a corrosive effect on the metal; please consider the above factors before selection.
3, due to the great differences in the environment, the ink may have a tendency to thicken after long-term placement, so be sure to stir well before use.
4, long-time printing, it is recommended to add ammonia / water = 1 / 9 solvent every hour or so according to the printing conditions to supplement the ammonia solvent; generally 5-10% of the original ink ratio.
5. The remaining ink can be mixed with the newly opened ink; however, please try to avoid the long-term placement of the opened ink.
