This paper studies a new type of energy-efficient supersonic plasma spraying technology. His main work includes the design of advanced high-efficiency supersonic plasma spraying systems, the study of supersonic plasma flame flow characteristics and its impact on plasma sprayed particles. By comparing the quality of ceramic coatings, the superiority of the new high-efficiency and energy-saving supersonic plasma spraying technology was proved, and the application fields of new high-efficiency and energy-saving supersonic plasma spraying technology were developed.
