Our factory mainly produces lifting equipment for special lifting equipment for railway locomotives and vehicles. The main nut of the machine screw has a large pitch and a long thread (Fig. 1). In the processing, due to the length of the arbor, the strength and rigidity are insufficient, and it is easy to generate vibration and “make the knifeâ€, which affects the improvement of product quality and productivity. Now we have designed a floating blade holder (Fig. 2) on the toolholder to solve the problem.
