2.2 Hydraulic servo system shaft and CNC system integration In the integration of hydraulic servo system and CNC system, we removed the stepper motor and its coupling with the valve core, redesigned and manufactured the AC servo motor shaft head and hydraulic servo control. The coupling of the spool redesigned the coupling flange of the AC servo motor and the hydraulic servo valve.

3 Control software development

3.1 System configuration software and its generation The system configuration software mainly includes three parts: axis control software, logic control software and process control software. The system has a spindle, a slide feed servo axis and a turntable feed servo axis, and is a special machining CNC machine tool in the lathe control category. The system configuration software generates corresponding control software via the numerical control system software.

3.2 Development of machine logic The machine logic consists of two parts: fast logic and slow logic. The logic that requires immediate completion is generally used as fast logic; the others are used as slow logic. As far as its content is concerned, machine logic mainly includes two parts: axis control and logic control. More complicated is the M function code, especially for the special processing CNC machine such as the spinning and closing machine, there are many user-edited M auxiliary function codes.

3.3 Closing process software In order to produce a qualified shape and size of the cuff and to ensure uniform wall thickness, the closing process software is also very important. According to the video recording of the production line and the relevant experience of domestic processing gas cylinders, after theoretical analysis, we have created 8 passes of the closing process. Since the spinning and closing machine adopts the numerical control system as the main control system, the control system can process many complicated shape and size of the closing mouth, which not only makes the cylinder shape of the cylinder accurate and stable, but also makes the wall thickness of the cylinder uniform and reliable. A stable and qualified product has been produced. This is a function that is difficult or impossible to implement with programmable controller control.

After half a year of technical research, the hydraulic servo system spinning and closing machine modified with the blue sky high-grade CNC system was successfully put into production and operation, and the automatic production line of the gas cylinder was fully operational. In 1998 alone, more than 50,000 qualified gas cylinders were produced, which is 2.5 times the total output of the first 10 years of technological transformation. Most of these cylinders are exported to the United States, creating a large foreign exchange for the country. Not only that, but also make the spinning and closing machine on the technical level, to the world's advanced level of high-end CNC special machine tools. Like this spinning and closing device, if you want to buy from abroad, you have to get millions of dollars. In the past ten years, the domestic technological transformation has cost millions of yuan and it has not been successful. It took only three months to use our high-end CNC system, a high-tech product, and spent 200,000 yuan to successfully tackle the problem and put it into production.
