Technical performance:
The material is conforming to GB/T1527-1997 standard. It is passed the strict quality inspection and physical & chemical testing.
The jiont of copper tube is soldered automatically under protection by vacuum with fine surface and performance.
The part is passed air proof test at or over 3Mpa, and free of leak for 3 minuites. We could also take leak test by helium, and leak rate is less than 0.1 ounce per year (below 1.8x10-5 ATM CC/SEC)
The surface is processed with non-chormium, oxidization. The performance of welding is fine.
