SDS Drill Bits are available with two (properly shaped integral straight edges), three (star arrangement) or four (integral cross arrangement) inserts, made of cemented carbide. They are deeply embedded in the steel head with industrial solder and are characterized by a high degree of mechanical and heat resistance.
SDS Plus and SDS Max Bits should not only be selected based on the diameter of the drilled hole, but also their depth standard. Both of these measures are necessary to maximize productivity.
PVC, additives, and wood powder go through a high-speed mixing process, followed by low-speed cooling. Then, they are processed through a twin-screw extrusion system, molded, cooled, and shaped before being pulled and cut into the final product.

Equipment Requirements:
- **Mixer**: Must ensure uniform mixing, no dead zones, and have an efficient drainage system. It should also have reliable temperature control and dust removal systems.
- **Extrusion Equipment**: Should provide good dispersion of wood powder, resin, and additives. It must have a proper mixing function, precise temperature control, and an effective exhaust system to prevent bubbles. The equipment parts should be wear-resistant for long service life.
- **Mold**: Designed with special runners for wood-plastic materials, accurate temperature control, and no dead zones.
4. Plant Structure and Water/Electric Installation:
- Main workshop height: minimum 4m, length: 35m, width: 6m.
- Mixing workshop and warehouse area: at least 12m × 6m.
- Plant area: minimum 1500㎡.
- A 30-ton cooling tower can be installed outdoors with 16㎡ space, connected to indoor equipment via pipes.
- Drainage ditches must be prepared according to the layout plan.
- Total power consumption per line: 300KW.
9. Waste Formula:
- Basic materials include waste PVC, wood flour, calcium carbonate, stabilizers, and foaming agents.
- Cost per ton of building formwork: ¥5,500 (using waste).
Cost Breakdown:
- A: Material cost = ¥5,500/ton
- B: Power consumption = ¥685/ton (calculated as (1000 + 3800) × 0.8 / 6 = ¥548/ton)
- C: Management fee = ¥100/ton (¥600/day ÷ 6 tons/day)
Total cost per ton = A + B + C = ¥6,285
Ex-factory price = ¥9,375/ton
Gross profit = ¥3,875/ton
Net profit = ¥2,875/ton
Annual profit for one line = 6 tons/day × 300 days × ¥2,500/ton = ¥4.5 million
