Application of pesticide copper ammonia
Copper sulfate, also known as copper ammonia, is a broad-spectrum fungicide that contains various trace elements, which not only helps control plant diseases but also promotes crop growth, making it a multi-functional agricultural product. It comes in different concentrations, commonly used in agriculture are 15%, 23%, and 25%. This compound is effective against a wide range of fungal, bacterial, and mold-related diseases. It is widely applied on crops such as eggplants, bell peppers, chili peppers, watermelons, cucumbers, kidney beans, tomatoes, and others, targeting issues like blight, anthracnose, early and late blight, downy mildew, and yellow leaf disease. In rice and wheat, it helps manage sheath blight, white leaf blight, rot, powdery mildew, and rust. For citrus and mango trees, it controls溃疡病 (ulcer disease), anthracnose, scab, and black spot.
In addition to its use as a standalone treatment, copper sulfate can be combined with other active ingredients in pesticide formulations, such as chlorpyrifos, carbendazim, and copper citrate, to create more effective mixtures for pest and disease management. However, when applying copper sulfate, especially as a foliar spray, it is important to follow proper guidelines. The dilution ratio should not be less than 400 times to prevent phytotoxicity. It should not be mixed with other pesticides or fertilizers unless specifically recommended. During high-temperature periods or when plants are in the seedling stage, the concentration should be adjusted accordingly. If rain occurs within four hours after application, reapplication may be necessary to maintain effectiveness. Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions to ensure safe and efficient use.
