Application of pesticide copper ammonia
Copper sulfate, also known as "copper ammonia" or "Rumen," is a broad-spectrum fungicide that contains multiple trace elements, making it beneficial for crop growth. This multi-functional fungicide not only controls fungal infections but also enhances plant development. In agricultural practices, two common concentrations are used: 15%, 23%, and 25%.
This pesticide is widely applied to combat various fungal, bacterial, and mold-related diseases in crops. It is effective against diseases such as blight in eggplants, sweet peppers, and capsicums, as well as anthracnose, watermelon and cucumber blight, tomato early and late blight, and downy mildew in cucumbers. It also helps prevent and treat yellow leaf disease in eggplants, sheath blight in rice, white leaf blight, root rot, powdery mildew, and rust in wheat. For citrus and mango trees, it is effective against溃疡病 (ulcer disease), anthracnose, scab, and black spot.
In addition to being used alone, copper sulfate can be combined with other pesticide ingredients to create mixed formulations, such as combinations with chlorpyrifos, carbamide, carbendazim, and copper citrate. These mixtures enhance the effectiveness of pest control in farming activities.
When applying copper sulfate, especially as a foliar spray, it is important to maintain a dilution of at least 400 times to avoid phytotoxicity. It should not be mixed with other pesticides or fertilizers. During high-temperature periods or when plants are in the seedling stage, the concentration should be adjusted accordingly. If rain occurs within four hours after application, re-spraying is recommended to ensure optimal results.
