During the inspection, it was identified that your company has brought in more flammable, inflammable, and explosive materials than the planned quantity for the specified period. This action violates the provisions outlined in Section 6.2.2 of the "Technical Specifications for Fire Safety at Construction Sites for Construction Projects" (GB50720-2011).

In order to ensure the safety of the construction site, we require your company to immediately remove the excess materials beyond the approved limit. A re-inspection request must be submitted prior to the deadline stated in this notice. During the rectification period, strict adherence to the fire safety measures outlined in the "Fire Safety Technical Specifications for the Construction Site of the Construction Project" is mandatory.

Please ensure that no hot work is conducted near the storage areas of these materials. All fire prevention measures must be strictly followed to prevent any potential fire incidents.

If the required corrections are not completed by the specified date and a re-inspection application is not submitted, our company will take appropriate actions as stipulated in the contract. This may include penalties or other formal measures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
