During a recent site inspection, it was identified that the following fire safety hazards exist at the construction site:

The amount of combustible materials, flammable, and explosive hazardous goods brought into the site by your company on the specified date exceeds the planned number of materials allowed. This is in violation of the provisions outlined in GB50720-2011, specifically Section 6.2.2, regarding fire safety at construction sites.

In order to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, your company is required to immediately remove the excess materials that exceed the authorized quantity. A re-inspection request must be submitted before the deadline indicated in this notice. During the correction period, your company must strictly adhere to the "Technical Specifications for Fire Safety at Construction Sites for Construction Projects." Proper fire prevention measures should be implemented at all material storage locations, and no hot work activities should be conducted near these areas.

Failure to complete the required corrective actions within the specified time frame and submit a re-inspection application will result in disciplinary action as outlined in the contract terms.
