Heavy rain occurred in parts of southeastern Tibet, southern Yunnan, southeastern Guangxi, and southwestern Guangdong. There are 4 to 6 winds in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, the northeastern region, the eastern part of North China, and the eastern part of Huanghuai. Some parts of the Xinjiang Basin in Xinjiang have sand or dusty weather. In the central and northern parts of the Yellow Sea, there are 7 to 8 grades and gusts of 9 northwest winds; the southern part of the East China Sea and the Taiwan Strait will have 6 to 7 northeast winds.
