2) Emergency rescue measures for ships in distress

1 All ships should formulate emergency self-rescue plans and personnel life-saving plans based on their own ship conditions, operational characteristics, and possible emergencies to ensure that life-saving facilities and equipment are in good condition and life-saving passages are free, with at least two independent life-saving passages. After experiencing a dangerous situation, we must actively take measures to help ourselves.
