At noon Yin came back from the market to buy vegetables, because of the unskilled husband's turner technology, he was afraid to give up waste and quickly went to visit the workshop. Soon after arriving at the workshop, Yin discovered that the tightening screws of the lathe tool holder had become loose. In the absence of stoppage, she reached out and went to help screw the screw. As Yin did not wear the work cap according to the stacking requirements for safe operation, he caused his own long. The hair was caught in the screw on the lathe, and when her husband discovered it, he did not know how to turn off the lathe power switch. Instead, he pulled Yin's body and pulled it back. As a result, the hair was twisted and tightened. When another worker happened and turned off the gate of the workshop, Yin's hair with his scalp was all ripped off, and his left ear was also torn off, causing a terrible accident.
Similar to this kind of accident, it usually appears in the SMEs whose rules and regulations and safety management are not strict, or in special situations such as overtime and night shift. Under such circumstances, the safety management is lax and the operators are more likely to be sloppy. It is relatively easy to perform operation stacking without strictly performing. If there is no corresponding safety management method, the neglect of safety accidents will increase.
(1) At the same time as the company develops, it must implement the responsibility system for safety production, strengthen safety management, promptly stop violations of safety operation procedures, and impose necessary penalties, and at the same time strengthen safety education for employees and raise employees' safety awareness.

(2) It is required that the launderer must wear proper tight protection, clothing, fasten the cuffs, or roll up the sleeves, and tie the upper garments in the trousers. The belt end should not be hung. Do not go through a fat shirt or jacket with a wide collar. When wearing long hair, wear a protective cap or headscarf. The headscarf or tie should be carefully stoppered.

(3) Before turning on the machine tool, the lathe operator shall check in detail whether the protective device for the dangerous parts on the machine tool is safe and reliable, lubricates the machine tool, and performs the no-load test.
