Anhui to carry out inspections of helmet manufacturers

Since the beginning of this year, the Safety Supervision Bureau of Anhui Province has organized experts to carry out the inspection and inspection of the seal caps on the helmet manufacturers in Anhui Province that have obtained the special labor protection article safety sign certificate according to the requirements of the State Administration of Work Safety for inspection of protective articles.

In accordance with the "Notice on Launching the Inspection and Testing of Sealed Samples for Hard Hat Manufacturing Enterprises in 2013" (Luan Supervisor Letter [2013] No. 198), the relevant Municipal Safety Supervision Bureaus of Hefei, Ganzhou, Huaibei, Ma'anshan, etc. Eleven helmet-manufacturers were sampled and submitted for inspection. After inspection and inspection of the seal packing samples from the parameters of wearing height, vertical spacing, impact absorption performance (high temperature, low temperature), wear resistance (high temperature, low temperature), weight, etc., the main safety protection performance parameters of the product are well controlled. The main safety protection performance of the 11 groups of products can meet the standard requirements and the qualification rate is 100%. At the same time as the samples were sealed, various localities inspected the current status of labor protection articles in use in the metallurgy, chemical industry, non-coal mines, and construction industries, and corrected the behavior of wearing helmets that did not comply with the regulations during inspections.
