The basic technical requirements of the three-phase motor include: rated value, working system and quota; what does it specifically mean? Today, Dalan Motor manufacturers will take you to get acquainted.

1. Working System

1. Definition of working system: It indicates a series of load conditions that the motor bears, including starting, no-load, shutdown and power-off, its duration and sequence.

Among them, no load: refers to the motor is in a rotating state with zero power output.

Full load: refers to the state when the motor is running at its rated capacity.

Shutdown and energy interruption: refers to the state of the motor when there is no movement, and there is no input of electrical energy or mechanical energy.

2. Types of working system: Working system can be divided into continuous, short-time, periodic or non-periodic types.

The cyclic operating system includes one or more constant loads with a specified duration, and the motor does not reach thermal stability during load operation; the load and speed of the non-cyclic operating system usually vary within the allowable operating range.

The code of the working system is generally expressed by S1 ~ S10. The following is a brief introduction to several types of working systems that we commonly use.

3. S1 working system: continuous working system; keep running under constant load to thermal stability.

4. S2 working system: short-time working system; running at a given time under constant load, the motor is not enough to achieve thermal stability within this time, and then shut down and power off, the time is enough to allow the motor to cool again.

After S2, it should be marked with the duration of the working system, and 10, 30, 60 or 90 minutes should be preferred.

As shown in FIG.

5. S3 work system: intermittent cycle work system; run according to a series of the same work cycle, each cycle includes a period of constant load operation time and a period of shutdown and power off time, and the motor has not reached thermal stability during load operation.

After S3, it should be marked with the load duration tP / (tP + tR).

Second, the quota and rated value

1. Quota refers to a set of rated values and operating conditions.

The categories of quotas are: the continuous working quota corresponds to the S1 working system

The short-term work quota corresponds to the S2 work system

Periodic work schedule corresponds to S3 ~ S8 working system

Acyclic work quotas correspond to the S9 working system

The discrete constant load work quota corresponds to the S10 work system

2. The rated value refers to various values that characterize the normal operating state of the motor. For example, the power, voltage, current, frequency, and speed seen on the nameplate are called the rated value. (Can briefly introduce the regulations and calculations of frequency, voltage, speed, etc.)

3. Operating conditions (site conditions):

(1) The altitude does not exceed 1000m

(2) The maximum ambient air temperature is not greater than 40 degrees

(3) The minimum ambient air temperature is greater than minus 15 degrees

(4) The water temperature of the cooling medium should be greater than 5 degrees and less than 25 degrees

Electrical conditions:

(5) The power supply complies with the standard

(6) The waveforms of voltage and current require symmetry

(7) Changes in voltage during operation
