3 The skill requirements of the bearing scraping are based on the requirements in JB/T5000. 10-1998 Heavy Machinery General Skills Equipment; the spindle scraping should reach the following skill specifications.
.1) The main shaft and the bearing bush should be evenly and finely touched; there must be a certain cooperation gap; the upper and lower bearing pads and the spindle touch angle are some of the oil wedges; and the wedge shape is gradually transitioned from the maximum to the zero.
.2) The touch angle is not too big or too small. The touch angle is too. 5 Measurement and adjustment of bearing clearances The clearance of bearing bushes determines the thickness of the oil wedges; and affects the accuracy of the spindle. The excessive clearance of the bearing bushes causes the equipment to oscillate; the life of the equipment is reduced, and the gap between the bearing bushes is too small and will cause burnt tiles. Therefore; Dispatching the bearing clearance is an important issue; it is necessary to make it reach the specification of the rules.
.1) The adjustment of the top clearance C and the height of the top clearance of the measurement method can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the gasket at the joint surface of the bearing. The smaller the number of gaskets; the better the bearing compaction condition; the smoother the equipment works. .2) Adjustment of the side clearance and measurement of the side clearance between the bearing bush and the journal; usually the feeler is used to measure. Through many years of theory; we think that the top clearance of the bearing bush should be 0. 15% ~ 0.2% of the shaft diameter; the backlash should be 60% ~ 100% of the top gap; axial gap should be 1 ~ 3mm is the best.
6 When assembling and commissioning; firstly, clean the bearing bush, journal, oil collector and smooth oil pipeline. Then assemble the bearing shell and connecting rod and the like. When the device is equipped with a V-belt, it should be slightly smaller than normal operation. Loose. When testing the car; first start the oil pump; and make the oil supply slightly larger than normal operation.
