The transformation of an old ranch into a stunning showcase for the 2012 Santa Barbara Design House and Gardens is nothing short of remarkable. This project was spearheaded by Joanie Franz, wife of actor Dennis Franz, who brought together some of California's finest interior designers to breathe new life into this Montecito property.
