Installation Location Selection

When installing an air compressor, it's essential to choose a location that provides ample lighting for both operation and maintenance. A well-lit area ensures safety and efficiency during setup and servicing.

The surrounding air should be dry, clean, and free from excessive dust. Good ventilation is also important to prevent heat buildup and ensure the compressor operates at optimal performance.

The ambient temperature where the air compressor is installed must not exceed 40°C. Higher temperatures can reduce the unit's air output and may cause overheating, which could lead to mechanical failure over time.

If the factory environment has high levels of dust or contaminants, it's recommended to install pre-filtration systems before the air enters the compressor. This helps protect internal components and extends the system's lifespan.

Ensure there are clear passageways around the unit for easy access during maintenance or emergency situations. If possible, consider installing a crane or hoisting equipment to make lifting and moving heavy parts easier.

Leave at least 70 cm of space between the air compressor and the wall to allow for proper airflow and ease of maintenance.

Maintain a minimum clearance of one meter between the top of the compressor and the ceiling to avoid heat accumulation and ensure proper ventilation.
