Announcement of the General Administration of Security: List of Class I and Class II Qualified Mine Rescue Teams

Based on the Regulations for the Administration of Qualification Certification of Mine Rescue Teams (Order No. 2 issued by the State Administration of Safety Supervision) and the Implementation Rules for the Administration of Qualification Recognition of Mine Rescue Teams (Safety Supervision Office No. [2005] No. 211), after a thorough review, it has been decided to approve the following changes in qualification levels for mine rescue teams. Minbei Coal and Power Group Co., Ltd.'s Mine Rescue Brigade has been granted first- and second-grade qualifications, along with extensions and related modifications, as listed in the attachment. Meanwhile, Sichuan Furong Group Industrial Co., Ltd. saw its ambulance and fire brigade downgraded from Class 1 to Class 2 due to incidents involving mine rescuers. Similarly, Tonghua Mining (Group) Co., Ltd.'s Ambulance Team was also downgraded following casualties among its rescue personnel, and the local accreditation authority confirmed these changes. The announcement includes a comprehensive list of qualified mine rescue teams across various provinces, divided into different categories based on their qualification levels and status of extension or modification. - Guizhou Province: Yonggui Energy Development Co., Ltd. Mine Rescue Brigade II. Qualified Grade II Mine Rescue Team (2)
- Hebei Province: Kailuan (Group) Yuzhou Mining Co., Ltd. Mine Rescue Team
- Henan Province: Yongcheng Coal & Electricity Holding Group Co., Ltd. Ambulance Team Third, Qualified Extended Mine Rescue Teams (27)
This section includes numerous teams across multiple provinces, such as Kailuan (Group) Co., Ltd. Mine Rescue Brigade in Hebei, Datong Coal Mining Group Co., Ltd. Mine Rescue Brigade in Shanxi, and many others. Each team has been approved for extended qualifications following rigorous evaluations. Fourth, Second-Qualified Mine Rescue Teams (29)
A wide range of teams have been recognized at the second level, including those from Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Jiangxi, Henan, and Xinjiang. These teams are considered to meet the necessary standards for their respective regions. V. Changes in Qualifications and Mine Rescue Teams (4)
Several updates have been made to the leadership and naming of certain teams. For example, Pingzhuang Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. Ambulance Brigade now has Liu Guiwen as the responsible person instead of Yao Guangtian. Similarly, the name of Chongqing Yongrong Mine Co., Ltd. Mine Rescue Team has been updated to Chongqing Yongrong Mining Co., Ltd. Mine Rescue Brigade.
