A Hydraulic Cylinder is a hydraulic actuator that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and performs linear reciprocating motion (or oscillating motion). It is simple in structure and reliable in operation. When it is used to realize the reciprocating motion, the hydraulic elevator deceleration device can be eliminated, and there is no transmission gap, and the movement is stable, so it is widely used in various mechanical hydraulic systems.
The output force of the hydraulic cylinder is proportional to the effective area of ​​the piston and the pressure difference between the two sides; the hydraulic cylinder is basically composed of a cylinder and a cylinder head, a piston and a piston rod, a sealing device, a buffer device and an exhaust device. Buffers and exhausts depend on the specific application, and other devices are essential.
How to choose the fuel tank:
1. The fuel tank should first be considered for its capacity. Generally, the mobile equipment takes 2 to 3 times of the maximum flow rate of the pump, and the fixed equipment takes 3 to 4 times;
2. The oil level of the fuel tank. When all the hydraulic cylinders of the system are extended, the oil level of the fuel tank shall not be lower than the minimum oil level. When the cylinder is retracted, the oil level shall not be higher than the highest oil level;
3, the fuel tank structure, the partition in the traditional fuel tank can not play the role of sedimenting dirt, should install a vertical partition along the longitudinal axis of the tank.
There is a space between one end of the baffle and the end plate of the oil tank to make the space on both sides of the baffle communicate. The inlet and outlet ports of the hydraulic pump are arranged on both sides of the non-connecting end baffle, so that the distance between the oil inlet and the return oil is the farthest. The hydraulic tank has some heat dissipation.
