Safety Net Installation and Usage Precautions

Installation Guidelines

1. Each rope or tether of the safety net should be securely fastened to the supporting structure. The four edges of the net must be tightly attached to the frame. The knots should be easy to tie and untie, ensure a firm connection, and avoid uneven force distribution after use. When installing a ribbed rope, it should also be properly secured to the bracket as part of the setup.

2. The flat mesh surface should not be overly tight. If the height between the mesh and the working area exceeds 5 meters, the extension length should be at least 4 meters. For heights less than 5 meters, the extension should be more than 3 meters. The minimum distance between the net and the object below should be no less than 3 meters, and the vertical spacing between two layers should not exceed 10 meters.

3. The vertical net must be aligned straight and level, with the maximum gap between the edge of the work area and the net not exceeding 10 centimeters.

4. After installation, the safety net must be inspected by qualified personnel before it can be used.

Usage Tips

1. During operation, avoid the following actions:

• Removing any parts of the safety net without authorization;
• Allowing people to jump into or place items inside the net;
• Exposing the net to sparks from welding or other hot materials;
• Storing objects inside or underneath the net;
• Exposing the net to harmful or corrosive fumes.

2. Regular inspections should be conducted on the safety net, whether scheduled or on an as-needed basis. Any debris that accumulates on the net should be removed promptly. If the net has been impacted heavily, it should be replaced immediately.
