The axis of the shaft of the moving cone and the taper sleeve is not completely coincident in actual use, and even the space parallel is not easy to achieve. The factors affecting the spatial coincidence accuracy of the two-axis line are the height of the actual installation of the spherical tile, the matching clearance of the vertical axis and the taper sleeve, the matching clearance of the eccentric shaft and the straight copper sleeve, and the radial interaction between the spherical tile seat and the body. (5) The radial fit of the spherical tile seat and the bed creates a gap, which slips during operation, thus changing the coincidence accuracy of the main shaft and the taper sleeve.
(6) Wear of the spherical tile seat and the support surface of the bed, and the wear of the spherical bearing causes the main shaft of the crushing cone to be lowered or lifted.
For the above reasons. The following measures should be taken:
(1) Check the clearance between the main shaft and the taper sleeve. If the clearance is too small, the lower part of the thrust plate can be adjusted to increase the gap between the spherical bearing seat and the annular contact surface of the bed, so that the crushing cone rises and the gear clearance is within the specified range to meet the technical requirements.

The felt after installation should be lubricated to reduce the wear of the felt. The advantage is that in the water seal dustproof device, most of the coarse dust has been blocked by the felt. This prevents dust from entering the lubrication system. The sealing effect is better.

3 The fixing method of the body bushing is due to the zinc alloy fixing method of the bushing and the body. Some small ore enters between them and destroys the cooperation. Some enter the lubricating oil, causing the bushing to pull, heat, shrink and shift. The solution is as follows: First, an interference fit is adopted between the outer diameter of the bushing and the body, especially the upper end of the bushing. 4 The connection between the conical head and the main shaft The connection between the conical head and the main shaft is often loosened during operation due to the threaded connection.
