1 Project Overview The Dudu Garden is located in Ma'anshan Road, Hefei City, with a superior geographical environment. Developed and constructed by Anhui Hanneng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the frame shear wall structure consists of 4 18-story and 1 11-story, with a total construction area of ​​42,000 m2. The outer wall is made of EPS polystyrene insulation board. The outer coating area of ​​the thermal insulation layer is up to 9170m2. The exterior wall surface design of the project is novel and complex, such as cave sets, bay windows, canopies, picking platforms, waist lines, etc., and the decorative lines of the outer wall surface are particularly large, and the decorative scaffolds are all adopted. The multi-functional climbing frame greatly increases the difficulty of external thermal insulation construction.

3EPS polystyrene insulation board 1200mm is used to cut the insulation board with woodworking saw or electric wire saw to ensure the shape of the plate. The insulation board should be laid in the shape of “shape-shaped staggered flat head. The insulation board between the cathode and the male corner is connected to each other. The insulation board is bonded with the base layer by the bonding glue sticking method, and the nylon anchor bolt is used as the auxiliary fixed connection. Pieces.

According to the elevation reference point, the horizontal line of the outdoor scattered water top elevation is popped up according to the requirements of the building construction drawing.

First use a stainless steel spatula to fill the back of the insulation board with a thickness of about 5mm PRIMPOAT glue, then use a special grooved trowel to scrape the glue into strips, then immediately press the EPS board on the base layer and ensure the surface is flat. . The glue extruded from the edge of the board should be scraped off immediately with a spatula.

The insulation board should be laid horizontally from the bottom to the top. At the corner of the wall, the insulation board is staggered. In order to ensure that the flat angle insulation board is laid, the wall surface should be laid 4~5cm and then cut and smoothed. The insulation board joint should be tightly leveled and the seam width should be controlled within 2mm. The area should be filled with EPS slats. The joints should not be directly filled with adhesive to ensure the expansion and relaxation of the whole board surface and water vapor discharge. The height difference between the two plates is controlled to be smoothed with coarse sandpaper within 3mm.

The insulation board is pasted for more than 23m in the middle of the expansion joint, as seen.

The insulation board at the four corners of the hole shall be cut and formed without splicing. The distance between the four corners of the joint is greater than 200mm from the four corners of the hole. The mechanical solidification adopts the DIPS8/80 insulated anchor bolt of the squid, and the anchoring depth of the anchor is first drilled with the impact drill. Ensure the anchoring depth and leave enough space to accommodate the drilling debris. The actual drilling depth is more than 10mm greater than the anchor depth. Insert the anchor into the hole and knock the expansion anchor into alignment with the disk. The anchor disc is as close as possible to the insulation board and flush with the board surface. Due to the anchoring of the anchor, a small part of the surface of the thermal insulation board will be uneven, and the unevenness will be repaired by PRIMPaAT glue. The anchor bolt retention point is the joint of the three insulation boards and the central part of each insulation board. If the steel rod collides with the steel when drilling, I should be properly displaced and then drilled. The tapping anchor must wait until the PRIMPCCAT bonding layer has a walking strength, and the insulation board arrangement and the anchoring point arrangement are seen.

The base layer treatment base layer should be such that the surface flatness deviation of the EPS polystyrene board should be within 3mm (check with 2m ruler). If it is not up to standard, sandpaper should be used to meet the requirements. The surface of the insulation board should be clean and free of dust, debris and other contaminants.

The mesh cloth is laid from top to bottom. When the standard mesh cloth is continuously laid at the corners and the width of the door is more than 200mm, the door and window openings are attached. At the four corners of the hole, a 45° oblique mesh cloth with a length of 300mrn and a width of 240mrn is attached. The standard mesh cloth overlap length is 100mr (positive angle overlap 200mm). Reinforce the mesh cloth just by docking. The mesh cloth at the edge of the insulation board should be overturned and the length of the package should be no less than 100mrn. The construction method adopts two sizing methods: firstly, the bonding glue PRMACIAT batch is scraped on the insulation board with a thickness of 1.6mm and then the grid cloth is pressed into the glue immediately. The slurry is smoothed and not warped; after the first bonding mortar is applied for 24 hours, the second bonding paste is applied. On the wall of the first floor, a reinforced net should be added to the standard net to be paved twice.

The construction surface should be clean and free of dust and other contaminants. The deviation of the flatness of the surface of the base layer should be controlled within 3mm. If it does not meet the requirements, the base layer should be sanded with sandpaper or repaired with PRIMAaAT until it meets the requirements.

The coating is survived once. After batch scraping on the substrate, the excess material is scraped back to a thickness equal to the maximum aggregate size and the coating thickness is uniform.

6FLEXCOAT color pure acrylic acid elastic coating construction After the STOdLAST base layer construction drying for 24h, the construction surface of the coating should be clean and free of dust and other pollutants.

The elastic exterior wall coating is applied by roller coating twice. The second coating must be applied after the first coating surface is dry.

After fully diffusing in the paint with a wool roller, it is rolled in a fan-shaped manner to ensure uniform coating thickness. Partial lines and female corners, part of the detailed structure are painted with a paint brush. Each time the brush is painted with the split seam and the intersection of the yin and yang corners to avoid obvious brush marks.

7 Economic Benefits After the completion of the external thermal insulation construction, the Pudong Sub-center of the Shanghai Construction Engineering Quality Testing Center was commissioned to conduct thermal performance testing on the northwest side bedroom thermal insulation wall of Room 1608. The indoor heat source was Haier KFRI>7V(F) type heating and cooling. The input power of the air conditioner is 2700W. The meter is only used to record the power consumption. The test is from the beginning of 1824 on March 22, 2005 to the end of the next day. The test results are as shown in Table 1. Table 1.
