Fault 1: There is air in the hydraulic pump

This kind of failure is usually caused by the installation of a new pump. When opening a new pump, oil should be added to the pump to lubricate the pump's bearings, plunger and cylinder.

Treatment method: Open the oil pump filler port when the pump is running, so that the air in the pump is discharged from the fuel filler.

Fault 2: The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too large

This failure reduces the pump's self-priming capacity and reduces volumetric efficiency.

Treatment method: Select the hydraulic oil of appropriate viscosity, if the oil temperature is too low, turn on the heating.

Fault 3: The oil level of the fuel tank is too low

This failure causes the suction pipe to become clogged, causing the pump suction resistance to become large, causing the pump to be sucked or the inlet pipe section to leak air, and the pump sucks in air.

Treatment method: add enough oil according to the regulations; clean the filter, dredge the intake pipe; check and tighten the connecting screw of the oil pipe section.

Fault 4: improper installation of oil pump and motor

This failure makes the pump shaft and the motor shaft concentrically inconsistent, causing the oil pump bearing to generate noise due to the radial force.

Treatment: Check the adjustment of the concentricity of the oil pump and motor installation.

If the above processing method still does not solve the problem, you can also check the following aspects:

1. Is the hydraulic pump suction port loose?

2, suction negative pressure inhaled air, causing cavitation, vibration and noise will be very large

3. Check hydraulic system oil level and outlet filter

4. It can be judged from the overflow of the hydraulic pump that it can be felt by pinching the overflow pipe by hand.

1 The overflow may be normal because the oil is less or the inlet is blocked, and the oil is not oiled;

2 The overflow is fast, which means the blockage between the pump outlet and the outlet of the hydraulic station.
