These masks were sampled online by well-known e-commerce websites and tested by Shanghai Labor Protection Supplies Quality Supervision and Inspection Station.

Procurement personnel even demanded that “anti-virus” be printed on the disposable dust respirator. The result was that the responsible person of the production company categorically refused: “How can this be done? Dust masks and gas masks are two different things. !".

In some workplaces where there are dust and harmful gases, it is not uncommon for operators not to wear respiratory protective equipment, or for enterprises to issue gauze masks that are banned by the government.

The person in charge of the Guangzhou Southern Labor Insurance Company who participated in the roundtable dialogue expressed deep concern over the low bid for labor protection products market. He said bluntly: “The low price bid has had too much impact and damage on the labor protection product market. Several heads of international authoritative organizations involved in respiratory protection came to China to sign contracts with the China Labor Protective Equipment Federation, not only in China for the first time, but also in the world.
